4. Engineering Feedback
Manufacturability comments are provided to support project review and do not replace the customer’s responsibility for product design, validation, regulatory compliance or final approval.

Orders, changes, cancellation, tooling ownership, payment and delivery are governed by the accepted quotation, purchase order and any mutually agreed written terms.
7. Inspection and Acceptance
Inspection scope, reports, acceptance criteria, nonconformance handling and warranty terms must be defined in the project documentation.
8. Prohibited Products and Compliance
AMETE may decline projects that appear unlawful, unsafe, restricted, export-controlled or outside confirmed capability. Customers are responsible for identifying applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.
